Lin and her husband of 35 years have six children together, mostly grown, and enjoy being with family, spending time in the out-of-doors, and engaging in various creative activities. They are heavily involved in their church, passionate about their relationship with God, and have a strong desire to encourage others in their spiritual and relational journeys. Lin went back to school a few years ago with the goal of being able to provide affordable counseling to people. Her husband has supported her in this venture, both financially and emotionally. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in counseling from Corban University, has worked at the Salem Free Clinic, and currently has a private practice where she works with couples and individual adults, addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and grieving.
