Surrounded by recipes that will be a part of the class, Nutrition with Cooking begins this week. During the series of classes, participants will learn strategies for eating healthier on a budget, ideas for increasing fruit, vegetable, and whole grains into our diet, ways to keep physically active, and more. In collaboration with Calvary Lutheran Church, OSU Extension Service Marion County will be offering the “Eat Smart Be Active” nutrition with cooking series on
